The GoGetHelp web site is totally database driven and as such it is maintainable through a series of easy to use maintenance screens requiring no HTML or other web development knowledge. The developer for this site is Richard Bachman and you can learn more about his business experience and skill set by visiting his home page:

www.rrbachman.com

I read the following column by Walter Mossberg regularly in the Wall Street Journal and get useful information on trends, new products, and things to watch out for in the personal computer and related areas:

http://ptech.wsj.com

I use this website to check the speed of my internet connection periodically. This step can help to isolate the place in the world wide web that is causing slow response at your desktop.

After using these sample links a few times, your skills may have improved, and if so, then your investment in this website is starting to provide time and financial returns to you.

  Thanks,

Frank D.

Window Mode Selector
We recognize the prevalence of popup blocking software so our web site is offered in 2 modes:
Single Window Mode
Select this mode if you want all of the GoGetHelp functionality to occur within the original window in which GoGetHelp was initiated.
Multi Window Mode
Select this mode if you want GoGetHelp to open up a new browser window for displaying help text and selected links to web pages. You may need to exempt GoGetHelp from your popup blocker so that new browser windows can open properly.
